On July 18, 2008 I placed an order with tvdvdworld.tv for Happy Days complete series. On July 19, 2008, I received a phone call from Bev who works in the verification department of the credit card I used. She stated that there was a problem with the credit card numbers that was used by this company and gave me a phone number for the company of 866-787-1219 and said I should contact them and see what numbers of mine may be wrong. She also stated that if she didn't hear from them with the correct numbers, then she would deny this charge to my credit card. I have been calling that phone number, emailing them, and even trying to contact their "LIVE SUPPORT" and have not been able to get anywhere with them. The email address that they give (orders@tvdvdworld.tv) got returned to my mailbox with the following message:

As much as I would love to have the complete Happy Days series, after reading all the reports, I am beginning to wonder if this company is legitimate or not. I am hoping I can stop the $167 charge that they are trying to put through

Was able to get a hold of my credit card company and they are going to red flag this company. They also made note on my account to not let any charges from this company go through (tvdvdworld hadn't been able to put charges through to my credit card company as of yet).I wish everyone the best of luck when dealing with this company.
