I ordered Boston Public series on 4/16/08, and I was told my credit card wouldn't be charged until product shipped, they took the money out of my account right away. I kept receiving emails that my order was on backorder, and that my account had not been charged. It wasn't so again they took the money out right away, I tried to cancel the order and get a refund but they refused to let me do so. I then received the package from them om 5/28/08, and when I received the DVD's they had been recorded off the Televison series with the Station logo in the corner. The quality of the DVD's was extremely poor.
