TVG Network Promotional "Money Match" Scam Beaverton Oregon

The individual at the Del Mar racetrack that promotes their app & "money match" offer completely misrepresents the company. Here is how the verbal "offer" was explained:

TVG will match up to your first $100 deposited into the app. On top of that, they will also give you a free $10 credit to download the app. After you bet on 3 horse races, you are free to cash out all of the money deposited in the app (no minimum bet amount required).

The TRUTH: TVG will match up to your first $100 deposited into the app. However, that money is never able to be cashed out. You get paid on any winnings from the $100, but can never actually cash out the $100 itself. That money does not actually exist.

This is a complete and intentional misrepresentation of the company offer.
