I ordered a 42 inch TV from tvsdepot on line. 3 weeks later was notified it was not available, but a similar model was. I accepted that, but then 3 days later was called saying the price would be $99 more because I would need a stand for the TV. When I pointed out the web site clearly said the stand was included, then the added $99 was for insurance to ship the TV. I finally just cancelled, still 4 weeks later with the larger TV I wanted.
