TvsDepot hidden fees, incomplete package Brooklyn New York

i ordered an olympus 850 sw, at the time tvsdepot had the lowest price on the net. 3 days after i placed my order i recieved a call saying i forgot the most important thing, a battery. checking their website i told the salesperson on the phone that in the description it comes with a rechargable battery and that i dont want an extra one. he responded with, that battery only works for up to three charges so i NEED to purchase one of the batteries he is selling. i could purchase a 4 hour battery for 69.99 or a two hour battery for 49.99. and a special deal he would cut for me would be the four hour for the price of the two. i respond with a no thanks, please cancel my order. i little more trying to hassle me then he responds with a, "what if i give it to you for free?" i say ok and recieve an email confirming my order, wanting me to call them back about half an hour after the call. i then wait two days and my shopsafe credit card number was still not charged. A week after my order was placed and it still wasnt processed so i canceled the credit card number to the company.
