Hi.  I am E Travis Hartman, the true owner of the company Total Web Central (TWC LLC).  There were several rebuttals filed here on behalf of my company that are fraudulent.  I am aware of whom filed the report against my company.  As such I would like to apologize to Kyle Birmingham & Orion Weissmann(True Shine).  Neither party has harmed me in any manner nor filed any reports against me.  I am not sure about Andre McJimson but Kyle and Orion are not responsible for filing any reports against my company.  As a business man of integrity who is trying to run an honest web design business it is difficult when people file reports against your company with no basis.  I hope to rectify these reports by demonstrating the highest level of professionalism.  Noone is perfect so there will always be complaints from time to time.  Sorry for any misunderstandings caused by these reports and I hope to gain the trust and confidence of all future prospective clients here at TWC LLC.  

I have now received threats to take down my rebuttal and clear anyone who has done harm to me and my company's reputation. Instead, I'd also like to call attention to the breech of privacy and confidentiality I usually treat with my clients. The parties that wish to do me harm by filing these inaccurate reports of course refuse to accept responsibility and or contact the person filing these reports. However, my anonyminity was breeched long ago upon abuse of my business phone number, my full name, and facebook profile. Upon reading the email correspondance and false reports filed against me, as well as the harassment received since termination of employment with True Shine, one of the only parties with ccopies of the aforementioned contracts, it is worthy mentioning I would advise anyone reading this to not do business with the following persons who may be involved in attempting to destroy my reputation and harass me and continue unprofessional threats both verbal and legal, despite the fact that all previous contracts were fulfilled. I am not in breech of any non compete agreements or any other agreements. I no longer do business with, (I advise no one else to as well, you have been warned): in addition to Orion mentioned above - Kyle Birmingham of Portland Oregon and or Playa del Carmen, Judie Vanderulen of Jade Fire Productions (who has threatended me with legal action through a 3rd party, despite attempted communication and emailed copies of backups of her website), and Andre 'cool dre' Mcjimson. 

Also, attached is only an example of the sort of harassment, slander, and threats that you will likely receive, even if you resolve business matters, and defend yourself against defamatory remarks and reports. Seeing as I do not have the resources or time to pursue this further, it is worth noting that the individual who filed these complaints also will stop a no end of abusing your address, phone number, any social media or other contact information towards: spam, fake craigslist ads, blackmail, and any and all tactics should any part of your business dealings not go 100% according to their plan.

Be very careful in dealing with these individuals.  They are cinning and ruthless.

See attattached. Frankly of no issue to me and my company if I am 'in trouble' of defending myself. You have already used my pepersonal information and copyrighted material without express permission. The publisher of these reports on now two "scam" / "complaint" sites has already written slanderous and inaccurate accounts of total web central and it's assassociates, damage that can only be amended by removing the by ports that were filed.

If the parties mentioned in my rebuttals wish to have any information removed, please update or remove your reports. Perhaps you should have thought through the terms of service for these sites which state that they will not remove rsports or comments but only updates on the original reports.

Any additional reports, harassment, or otherwise will simply be forwarded to the appropriate authorities. Again, I nor Total Web Central do business with or are associated with the aforementioned individuals.

The project in question was completed in the time frame alloted. The only time the site was taken down was due to non-payment as per contract. The site was completed to the client's specifications. Once the client was satisfied, it was discovered that the client, Andre of Mac Global hahad been defrauded on counts of stealing money from a concert booking, my employer at the time, Orion Weissmann of True Shine Entertainment, had instructed me to remove Mac Global's site. At this point the client had ample time to request or make a copy of their website. The client ended up going a different direction with a different developer; however the contract was fulfilled and the second half of payment was only requested upon site completion. Not only is the ripoff report inacurrate, but it is likely posted by Mr. Weissmann himself; who's legal council also contacted me requesting not to referance the site as it was completed under True Shine and has no significance or relevance to TWC LLC / Total Web Central or Travis Hartman. Not only is this report completely innacurate, but is posted two years later, far after the contract and agreement of the client's site was met. Also 'businessreviewboard' is a fake company, none of the reports filed against Total Web Central are accurate. We have always made things right with all of our respective clients.
