TW/EAuction And EAuction Tutor Scam/Illegal Billing Practices Salt Lake City Utah

I ordered a 7 day free trial (9/7=9/14/08) and called to cancel on the 7th day. I was given a cancellation number and asked them to send an email confirmation which thry did not do, I also ordered a 14 day free trial *9/11-9/25/08) which I cancelled on the 14th day and they again gave me the same cancellation number and stated do not "worry this is the only number you will need". I received my credit card statement and find that they charged me $59.50.

I called them and they stated that I did not cancel in time they had no record of me cancelloing with in the time frame and therefore I was charged. I never did get any email confirmation from them regarding these two accounts. I also never received anything at all from them free or otherwiae and have no idea what I am paying for. They were very nasty on the phone and now I see why, this is a common practice.

I called the credit card company to start a dispute and am filing a complaint with the FCC. I still need their correct email number since I guess I do not have it correct enough for the FCC, but believe me this is one time they will not get away with it!
