At the entrance of the Empire State Building, the agent offered us two tickets $29 each to go up to the 86th floor of the building. After we accepted, he charged us $78 (two tickets of $39) and gave us the tickets to the empire state building plus two tickets to go to the CSC ferry. 

 

He refused on the first time to give us the receipt, such that we could not see that he charged us a different amount than offered. We had to insist and then we saw that he had sold us a different ticket for a different price.

 

We demanded our money back but he refused to do it since the ticket says: "non-refundable". Some other agents of your company became very aggressive when they saw as asking for our money and threatened us .
