Theresa came to help Jubille Homes and work as a bookkeeper.  But she stole monies, wrote checks to herself, and worked hard to turn child care trainees against the Hutchings every chance she got.  This report is false, and a lie.  I was one of the trainees and all of us signed documents that training was not paid, and we had to pass the test, per the licensing board to become fully paid employees. Theresa put false policies in trainees heads and tried to take over the group home from the Hutchings.

Theresa even prepared false W-2 tax documents for alleged salaries owed to us after Hutchings FIRED her.  I had to have my taxes amended because it was false and tax fraud. The Hutchings was very good Pastors that worked to help disadvantaged youths, and did everything according to the state regulations or they would have revoked their licenses.  Theresa even had a crew constantly break into the house when youths left the program and slandered the Hutchings everywhere she went. Theresa even tried to get the county to turn the group home over to her to run, but she was nowhere near qualified and the Hutchings worked very hard and made great sacrifices to help those girls and the community.

Theresa even worked for an attorney in Stroudsburg and stole monies from that office also.  I later found out that Theresa has severe mental issues and was raised in and out of mental institutions with violent behaviors and hallucinations. Theresa never returned their employee files, checkbooks or companies' bookkeeping records. Theresa and some disgruntle trainees DIDNOT win any court cases because Hutchings presented signed documents and proof that we were trainees at that time and it was not paid and we had to pass the test and be approved by the licensing board first.

It was thrown out of small claims township court and never addressed again.  The Hutchings did pay staff that was supposed to be paid, and provided tax documents for those that were supposed to receive it in January every year.  However, while waiting for more girls to arrive at the group home, Theresa had people steal, break-in, and destroy the house until the Hutchings had to close it down, per the State Troopers' police reports.  It was no longer safe on top of the fact that the federal government stops funding group homes. 

The Hutchings church was great and a quality ministry that serviced the communities for many years.  Theresa is a sick and evil person that I learned about to never believe, follow, or trust.  The Hutchings has always worked to help people and teach them about God, as others were envious of their ministries and heart for the people.  This report is unfair and not true. 

I have made reports against Theresa Scrudieri and her crew for the fraud, and criminal acts against the group home and Hutchings at that time. Robert is an Ordained, Licensed Bishop which has been proven and documents filed with the state and county for business services.
