Twinkle Patel ordered a very large custom sofa, after we quoted her she then made changes that ran the cost up but we didn’t charge her for those. She demand white glove delivery not something we offer regularly to her area but we said we would try and accommodate her. Turns out we couldn’t so we agreed to send it regular shipping and give her $500 back when she got the furniture. She then called me daily harassed me and tried to further discount the item. The day they shipper called to set up delivery to her she called and charged back 4k on her Discover Card, they too it right out of our bank causing us real damage as a small business, nsf fees, couldn’t pay workers that day and more. She proceeded to take the furniture and put it into her home with no complaint about it and says now she wont pay us. She stole a 4k custom made sofa. This is a very crazy person and an opportunist that takes advantage of credit cards and small businesses that made her an outstanding product
