I found Two Men and a Truck on Craigslist. I have heard of this company before, so I trusted in that. I called a week ahead of time and spoke with Mike. I had asked if he would be available that next Friday or Saturday, and when he replied back, he said that Friday would be better, and gave me a time of 10:00am.... and I said No Problem. When Friday 4/22/2016 came, I was waiting, its was after 10, then 11am, I called Mike and he said that Daryl was his lead guy and was picking up the truck and would be there very soon. Then I seen the time of 1pm, and 2pm... I called Mike, but he wouldn'nt answer anymore. I texted Mike, but he would not reply back to me anymore. All he did was to give me the number of Daryl, in an earlier text, so I was on my own. I finally heard from Daryl at about 3-3:30pm. He said that his son had fallen and split his head open and was at the hospital all day, but was willing to come and still help me move. I was sympothetic to his son's injury but still needed to move so I agreed. When Daryl arrived, he did not have a truck. He had said that he would have to go pick up a UHaul truck, but needed me to put cash down for a deposit. I had suggested that I could put it on my card, but he didn't want to do it that way because he would get cash back once he returned the truck, instead of where my card would be reimbursed in 3 business days. Again, I agreed. When they came back, they had a 4' x 8' cargo trailer, which they needed to return in one hour. Well that hour went fast and they needed to take it back, so they then used Tylers own personal pick up truck. It was raining, they did not have any tarps or blankets to protect my things. I had to give them my Shower Curtain just so my 50" flat screen wouldn't get wet. I had two chairs that got wet along with my wood end tables, Loveseat, and a lot of items I had in boxes. This was a Nitemare of a Move... I can not Stress Enough, Do Not Use this company. They were a No Show for me until about 5 hours later, and as far as getting a hold of the Owner, Mike, Forget it.. He will ignore your calls and text messages... He doesn't have the trucks ready that are needed for the move of an advanced booking. And if his Crew does not showe up, All he will do is give you the number of his "Lead Guy in Charge".... then he is gone.....!
