Two Small Men With Big Hearts Moving Company ripoff ripped us off & lied over and over Winnipeg Manitoba

We hired this company to move us from Manitoba to Alberta. Their estimator was out by 30%, so they ran out of packing materials and room on the truck. They didn't label any of the boxes, lost hardware, took apart things that didn't come apart etc. etc. Their quote was guaranteed, but they wanted more money because they underestimated.

Six weeks later, we still don't have the rest of our stuff. They have been paid the original quote PLUS the extra money due to an accounting glitch. We have been given 7 or 8 different guaranteed delivery dates and still nothing. We phone every day and get the run-around. They hang up on us and out-right lie, and are completely unprofessional.

We have attempted to deal with their head office in Vancouver, and haven't got much better treatment.

Some of the more outrageous statements:
-"The guy that told you your stuff would be there was actually the mechanic and shouldn't have answered the phone", "It's a big world, so if you bad-mouth us, we certainly won't go broke without your friends' business," "it should have been there today, but the truck broke down and the driver is stranded," "you moved a long way, you should expect your stuff to be damaged," "I can't tell you who you talked to, I don't know anyone's name here," "Will it make you mad if I hang up on you now", and simply setting down their phone without hanging up on you. This is just a small sample of what we've been dealing with.

I really wish I could go back in time and have never hired this assinine company.
