TWS 18773121121 I have had 3 charges to my bank acct by these people that I did not authorize. I have requested they cancel and refund to my account to no avail. I do not want their stupid magazines, Travel and Leisure, Auto Week and Prevention magazine. Only an automated system that is not helpful at all, only can answer yes or no to their questions. UNKNOWN I think NY NY?

My bank account has been charged without my permission for three magazines - I put up with it last year - but now they have "renewed" again and will not credit my bank account.  Charges are 19.50, 19.50 and 24.50. I'm 70- years old, a widow, raising 3 grandchildren, on a limited income, I can't afford these magazines and don't want them.  I should have raised a stink about it a year ago, but didn't really know what to do. Now I'm really upset because these charges are causing me problems with overdraws on my bank acocunt, which I also cannot afford.  Thank you for any help you can offer to make these go away.
