TWX Magazine it's MY Fault They Keep Charging My Account Fraudulently Fraud Fraud Fraud Nationwide

I just got off the phone with a representative from TWX Magazine...only after finding out on here, the Rip Off report, how to actually speak to a customer service rep. When I informed the lady I spoke with, a hateful woman with a bad attitude, that their company has a terrible stading on websites like these and that's how I figured out how I was able to speak with someone. She informed me that it was because people like myself and others on here do not wish to take responsibility for our own actions and read the fine print. When I told her that when I ordered from Alloy.com and they offered me a free magazine subscription, I did read the fine print. It told me that I would have a three month subscription and then would receive a bill in the mail with the option to extend my subscription. However, a typical subscription to Cosmopolitan magazine, which is what I ordered would cost me $15.00 and they have charged me $30.00 TWICE now...in three months. The lady told me I was wrong and when I presented her with the proof of the previous charge, she told me that the number on my account that was listed next to the subscription wasn't the number she needed to process. I asked her how was I supposed to know their internal number, considering I only knew of these charges because it was on my bank statement and she told me again to take responsibility for my actions. What kind of company is that? She tells me it will take 8-10 business days to even receive my credit back on the $30.00 charged and wouldn't help me on the other $30.00 charged. Someone needs to shut that company down NOW. With the country in a recession, it's company's like THIS that put us in it. All the while looking to blame me, the consumer for their faulty business practices. I'm sick to my stomach.
