TWX MAGAZINE Magazine subscription i did not agree to pay for Nationwide

At the checkout line at FYE in the Dover Mall, the girls said that i would get 2 magazines sent to me for free......never did i agree to or sign anything signing up to pay for a subscription to a magazine......but low and behold 3 weeks later, 24.50 was charged to my checking account from TWX MAGAZINE.....i called my bank and he could not see all the details for this transaction but what he did do for me was google the name to see if he could get a number for me to try to cancel the subscription that i NEVER even signed up for. well, when he put the name in, he found this website....ripoff reports....i was not pleased. he posted to my account the fact that this magazine was found on this website and was probably fraudulant. I also called the number he gave me....i spoke with a gentleman named Dillon Slack who told me that i would be reimbursed in 1-2 business days for the phony charge. he did give me a confirmation number and told me that there would be NO more charges to my account. But, i do plan on going to my bank and filing a dispute about this. i want to be sure that this does not happen again from this company. I told the man that i spoke to if any othercharges were taken from my account from TWX MAGAZINE, that i would take legal action. I will also be going to the store that this happened in and letting them know that they either need to inform the consumer that money will be taken from their account or if they are not aware then they need to stop offering free magazines.
