TXU TEXAS ELECTRICITY OVER CHARGED ELECTRIC BILL Dallas Internet

I was using Reliant Energy for ten + years, never had a problem. I received a letter from TXU that said I could get some cash for switching companies, I checked their raates and they were the same. What could go wrong. after being with TXU I noticed my bill went higher that what it should be. and it was agrevating.but I was able to keep up. I then checked my Bill with TXU and saw that there was a contract that was started. sSo to lower my Bill I thought making the house more efficient would be the waay to go.

I invested $15,000.00 in adding the best windows in the USA, I was told that adding Insulation to the Attic would help so I did a little reading and found that in Texas R30 was a little higher than reccommended But on install the guy did some overkill and now its most likely a R120 since 12" is R30 of iunsulation and mine is now 36"  or 3 feet deep. Cost to much to remove it so I left it up there.

So on with the Green affect, LED Light Bulbs are $20 each for the good ones, so I spent $600.00 replacing them. and unintentionally my Central Air went out just before this so it was already enegy efficient that was another $3,000. All the windows were replaced like I said at $1,200.00 each and theres 8 of them. Basically I spent a boat load of Cash and used sub-contractors to get it done.

You would think after that My electric bill would go down. NOPE,,, at the same time a New Digital remote control Meter was installed After it was installed that's when all hell broke lose. I was getting behind on electric because it was higher than normal. paying Late fees on top of it all which is Over $100 a month, Keep in mind my power has been turned off twice for several hours.

So with paying late fees and they made us pay a $400.00 deposit somewhere in the middle which you never get back until you make 12 consecutive ontime payments, basically never get that $400 back. And $1,200. 00 in late fees. TXU has ripped us off severely for thousands of dollars. Being that in the ARMY I was hit in the back working on a M1 Tank, On social security,

getting shafted by the VA, Here stands the TXU Energy in the middle Mopping up the rest of my Money, I would also add that I have a disabled 23yr old son whose medical equipment requires electricity, and I'm supporting my two grandbabies.  TXU has screweed us over with our Bills never dropping below $500.00 and them saying that the bill is Only $200.00. I average 1500 kWh a month and also get charged extra for not Using over 2,000 kWh. They do not was you to save energy, they penalize for not using enough.

I refuse to make my House less energy efficient, so I have to pay fees, every d**n month because of it. Its a sham trying to go Green when You have to pay more because you use less.
