Be demand, We offer our membership program as a service to our customers

Our MIP program is actually offered to our customer as a service. We have no intention of "Sneaking" anything onto a customer, which again is why we make clear mention of the membership option on the website.

I would feel much better if you where given a refund (if you where not already given one).

Please feel free to contact us either by email at Support@PlatinumMillennium.com or by Phone at 1-866-752-9968 between the hours of 10AM to 6PM Eastern time Monday - Friday (We are closed on the weekends) and one of our customer support agents will be more then happy to help you with this issued.

We stand by our guarantee as well as our products and have no problem with providing anyone of our customers with a refund if any of our products / services do not live up to what we say they are. That alone shows the confidence that we have in our products, services and company.

I wish you much success and look forward to correcting this matter in the best possible way.

Why would you set it up, that the customer has to REMOVE it before ordering? why wouldnt you set it up, so the customer can ADD it if they want? possible way to trick people into at least one month of membership?

In response to the report listed here, I want to make it very clear that this customer knew very well what he was ordering. All of our products are of very high standard, have helped thousands of individuals in the music industry and have received incredible amounts of positive testimonials over the years.

In response to the $19.99 charge that he claims he received, he very well knew that he was ordering either one of our memberships or one of our recurring trial products.

In fact on *Every One* of our websites we make it very clear that joining our "Music Industry Profits" membership program is 100% optional and that you DO NOT have to join it when ordering our products. We make this VERY clear on every site by placing this notice in a Huge *Bright Yellow* box that stands out very well.

Also on the order form we mention it again and allow the customer to remove the membership option before ordering, so no one is forced into it, in fact we even allow everyone to try it free for 7 to 30 days and provide our toll free number (1-866-752-9968) in the event that you want to cancel or have questions.

We make the membership program available because thousands of people appreciate the information contained in it, not to try and "Force" someone into paying for something that they don't want as this customer is trying to make it seem. If that was the case we would never make the conditions, including price stand out so much, we would never allow you to remove the membership (making it optional) and we most certaintly would not include our telephone number as stated above.
