The owner Regina will not honor a gift certificate she donated to charity. I paid $80.00 for this certificate and I would like my money back. I have tried repeatedly to set up a time but it keeps getting canceled. I have multiple number that were working and now are not. I’ve left messages on Regina’s phone and never received a call back. I been trying to leave a message and now and the voicemail is full. The message that is on herr phone is a VERY old one…it’s the one she put on when she was suppose to moved to Ft. Lupton but never did and now can't be found. I purchased this at a silent auction to help a child that has MD.
I would like the $80.00 that I paid for this certificate.
I hope she's not trying to use these as a charitable write off on her taxes. You cannot write off anything htat's not honor.
I understand this also happened with Groupon people but at least Groupon will refund their money.

Please understand that there are times when good people and their companies fall on hard times and I now believe this is the situation with TJ Global. I feel they came upon hard times and are truly trying to make things right. I was contract by the company and was told that they were sorry for any issues I’ve had and asked what was needed to make it right. I told him and it was fixed in two days.
I appreciate being reaching out to and I hope thing turn around for them.
