The final was a project that we sell to customers where orders were not being corrected and phantom orders were being placed. Tyler refused to fix 5 items that were wrong and his treatment of us, the customer was very very poor. To date we now have to pay for another programmer to fix Tylers problems and when asking for a refund on paypal he knew exactly what to say "digital Items service" not a product, soo he lied and refused the partial refund. be aware when using Tyler as he now requires 50 or 100% up front before taking any job. Check your code and do not pay him 100% until you check thoroughly. Better yet use one of the other NinjaTrader programmers that will test all code and make sure it works before giving it to you.

We have been using Tyler Moore for 7 plus years for programming and have had many problems over the years, we are very easy going and always gave him the benfit. All code comes with many bugs and one project took us a year for him to debug and it still never worked right.

 Our last projects have major bugs and he refuses to fix them after charging us thousands of dollars and since we had a long term relationship we assummed after paying as we always have he would fix the issues. Not only has he refused to fix the problems, but when we went to Pay pal to get recent refunds on work not done right, he knew the system well and claimed we paid for a serve and if you know pay pal there is no prtection when buying a service so he already knew the ropes! Now I am sitting on sfotware that I need to hire another programmer to fix and this will almost double my cost! Be very aware if you use Tuler Moore "mooretech llc for any programming that you will be at a minimum fixing bugs for a long time and when he feels like he is done with you even after paying all of the money he will just cut you off. One day on the phone with him he told me "I cut clients out all of the time" well now I know what he meant! He cant do the work right so he takes your money and cuts you off and you are stuck with junk!
