Tynans Volkswagen Tried to force me to buy gap insurance Aurora, Colorado Colorado

 When we were purchasing the vehicle Tim told us it was mandatory that we get gap insurance through the dealership, but did not include the price of the gap insurance. Then came back and told us it was over $900 to get gap insurance through them. Then the car we bought only came with one key and they refused to get us an extra key, Sam, the manager said he lost money when we bought our car so he said he's not going to get us an extra key. We will have to pay over $150 just to get a second key. Then we find out that when we lock the car, the only door that locked was the drivers side door. The rest remained unlocked. So then, they say we'll have to take the car to a different dealership, but still won't provide us an extra key to the car... I've purchased used cars in the past and they always came with two keys. If you buy from this dealership, be prepaired to be treated like an unvalued customer and they try to screw you any way they can. Buyers be ware
