They charged $49.95 for the program, and promised refund and good customer support. When I started to read their program it is not clear. I emailed for help but they gave irrelevant answers that didn't help me.
I got frustrated and asked for a refund. They kept evading the answer and keep telling me about other programs that they offer, that I could try. I told them I did not pay my money for those programs, and they are to refund me my money.
I sent 3 email after that and no response from them any more. I want to file a law suit against them. How can I go about that? Even if it's a class action law suit would be in order. I am sure they ripped off a lot of people. It's time rattle their nests a little.

you could file a personal lawsuit against them, probably cost more then you lost but you could go for it, forget class action, that only makes money for lawyers and you will never find one to help you.
be happy you only lost a small amount of money, you might want to close your account cause they will try and get every nickel you have.
god bless
