Tyson Elliott, Needful Publishing, Insiders Guid To Business Credit Ripoff, makes unauthorized charges to credit cards Las Vegas Nevada

Beware, if you purchase anything from Tyson Elliot or Needful Publishing, like his Insiders Guide to Business Credit, because he may make unauthorized charges to your credit card.

First, think twice about bothering to buy the Insiders Guide to Business Credit. It has no information in it that you can not very easily get for free just doing some simple research on the internet. I asked him about this and his email response said as a member I will get updates as they are made available. Hmm, a lame response. But apparently he makes his money charge unwitting customers for the club. I never got any updates and did not agree to be a member.

I purchased Insiders Guide to Business Credit form Tyson Elliot of Needful Publishing. I made sure there was no small print that stated I would be automatically enrolled in his club for which he charges a fee of $47 monthly. I read everything I had access to on his website so I was sure there was no statement regarding additional charges. I included in the text box on the online purchase screen a statement that I was not agreeing to any other charges and that there were none stated. This statement was included on the receipt I received.

A few weeks later, I am now receiving notices from Tyson Elliot of Needful Publishing that he is trying to charge my card $47. Fortunately the card I used is linked to a bank account that I use only for specific purchases so I do not carry a balance in it.

I emailed several times now to Tyson Elliot at Needful Publishing explaining I did not want the membership and included the notice I had included in my purchase. I received a read notification but no response. The email address is for support and the only one he publishes. He has previously responded to my questions using this address so I know he sees it regularly.

This is the third day he has tried to charge my card and has ignored my calls and emails. I will pursue this legally if he does not cease and desist immediately.

I am writing this in hopes that others will see this before they buy his product.
