This is actual feed,
in a non-tolerated discussion according to auto-game response and is most unimportant
when it comes to priority, so says the game. I have invested money in this game
over $350.00 in the last two months. Ihave been harassed, by an admin before, and now without any cautionary consultation I have been banned for 4 days.
In turn thus means all progress I have put into the game, time and money
was a smokescreen to distort discrimination and humiliation! In addition, these
persecutions towards me and my experience with Immortal Night has left the games
perspicacity in question. In addition, the unprofessional managerial conduct
with me the consumer left in a state of affliction with it practice and true
intent.
I want money back and a list ofall other games hosted by T&Z Gaming LLC and there subcontracted subsidiaries. I have the right to know and want to stay clear of all its defamations and dishonest
sites. I have asked the main admin for a direct link to the TOS because you cannot
access the so-called lawful game rules and fortitude by means of the games milieu.
Furthermore, I do have confirmations of all purchases and screenshots of all correspondences
with Immortal Night.

I am just trying to apprehend how my display picture is/was
inappropriate. The picture does not advertise anything nor does it single out a
person/s, group or religion. Also, was within the given size appropriate
dimensions. I can understand that it is a little twisted, but is not violent in
its environment. In addition, the picture does not promote nudity or any
references to ones sexual desecration. This is a mature 17+ RPG. So please
tell me where I was very incongruous?

I am sure you are aware of my discussions with
Violet. I am not here to argue with anyone, I was here to play what I was under
the impression to be an impartial game for all. As it would turn out, this is
the second time your staff team has ostracized me in game TOS. Kindly the 1st
expressed remorse for admitting he did not thoroughly review the state of
affairs, A+ for honesty. Now I have been
put into the pit of despair for a dp, I
must extend a little further on Violet and my texts. We do not allow discussion of suicide, rape,
hate speech I must ask what is Russian roulette; it is not a chance a suicidal
innuendo. As for rape in the gamming atmosphere
is literally impossible so we have to use role-playing minds to make it so. Am I mistaken, or is this not a choice to be
vampire or werewolf and not to compete for the superior of the two denominations?
The difference between reality and role-playing

I have had no trouble with the management of Immortal Night ... yet, but it does appear that the admins. are arbitrary. I had an in-game enemy who was put in "time out" in the Pit of Despair for 777 days (presumably for a serious violation of the game rules), and that enemy was playing again two days later. So much for that punishment. I wonder whether others are similarly selected for leniency.

You guys have no proof whatsoever stating it was me who made the Fake Facebook. Because, I, did no such thing.
I donated a he**a lot of money to that game, and once I stop donating admin are constantly on my a**. And you can't pit me for something that happened off the game.

This reply is regarding Author "KatieBear - Bethe" We are not replying to the original report as the others on this site have pointed out the obvious reasons for our actions there.
First off, the last poster here claims to be an Ex-Employee, which is completely false. Immortal Night has no Ex-Employees. Its interesting, however, being the person who posted here was removed from the game because they were impersonating a game admin on Facebook in an attempt to gain account passwords from other players in the game. We would also like to point out that the poster admits to violating the rules, so regardless we have every right to remove them permanently as per our terms of service. However, thats moot given the seriousness of the crimes they perpetuated after receiving the three day timeout. Its amazing how low people can get when they are bored.
This will be our only post on this, as we've wasted enough time already opening an account to respond to these fraudulent claims. Its a shame Rip Off Report does not take measures to ensure the content of their site.

I'm also a victim of their scamming, I donated roughly over $400 to this game. I was pitted for 3 days, understandable. BUT - Out of the blue my time is upped to 600. For NO reason at all. I did not make a new account, I did notihng bad in my pit case. They accused me of something that happened out of the game, with NO proof to support it.
I was constantly harassed by the admin. Kanine did not like me for no reason. If I ever reported someone, he'd make a way to have me at fault. Basically, I just want my account unjailed.. I still have 400 something days to my pit time, and I still have about 600 donator days that are sitting and going to waste. I want my money back. I followed their TOS - They just wrongfully pitted me.

It's easy. When you signed up, you agreed to the terms of service. That means by agreeing to them, you have told the company that you understand them and you agree to abide by them. It is *YOUR* responsibility to read the terms of service. The company enforced them.
As for the other pictures, That's unimportant. Just because someone else is in violation does not mean that you are right to be in violation. Often in games like this, they only police when people complain. Its likely that someone complained about your picture, and they banned you.
Pro tip: read the terms of service next time when you sign up for a service. Nothing says they have to give you access to the terms after you are banned. You were not ripped off, you clearly violated the rules. It doesn't matter if they play favorites, because you STILL violated the rules.
Not a ripoff.

This never was intended to bring my dp into question. This post is to show they keep crucial information from you when you need it most. Afterwards, in a very rude manner tell you to wait until your pit time is up. To have the accessibility to review their TOS.

in view of the public eye and advertises it to the IN community, Also, this is outright defamation of ones reputation. So how much would you pay for that. As I had stated earlier I am new to the game and given the game setting, my selection of the display picture was one that idealistically went with my user name. This is a game and the only thing you get to see before game play is that you agree you are at least 17 years of age and will comply with the TOS. Now you are looking at 1 mind you one
isolated event that is that of what has happened to me. There is nothing else here for you to see, rather for you to compare with. So I am asking you can you in your honest opinion can you judge me without see some of the other acceptable display pictures?

So you post a picture on their site of "A dead man hanging from a noose in a tree with a little kid swinging from it" that is deemed inappropriate, and consequently you get a 5 day timeout, and somehow the sky is falling? Seems like someone is over-reacting.
