ALISA JONES, on behalf of herself and all others similarly situated,

Plaintiff,

TT OF LONGWOOD, INC. d/b/a CORY FAIRBANKS MAZDA, Longwood, FL

Defendant.

CASE NO: 6:06-cv-00651-PCF-DAB (public record)

This is a consumer cry for help!! On June, 1, 2006, I fell VICTIM to the "SPOT DELIVERY SCAM" at Cory Fairbanks MAZDA car dealership in Longwood, Florida. I and my attorneys filed a law suit to no avail.

Those who believe in JUSTICE, please read the RipOff report written earlier entitled: "Breece of Contract-Cory Fairbanks MAZDA".

Now read the above case file and see if you agree with the decision. One reason for the judge's decision (spot delivery scam): "NO HARM DONE".

There are thousands of thousands of consumers, in Florida and other states, who fall VICTIM to "SPOT DELIVER SCAM" who disagree with "NO HARM DONE". The Harm=EMOTIONAL DISTRESS; the embarrassment of having the vehicle taken away; in front of family, friends, and even co-workers; and all else that goes along with it.

Why is it a SCAM, because these dealers pull each consumer's credit report before they release the vehicle(s) then they YO-YO the car back. They knew my credit history (score 419) before they even "sold" me the car. Still, Cory Fairbanks 'sold' me the vehicle and the dealer and myself both SIGNED the contract. It was a Breace of Contract to repossess the vehicle!!! SHAME, SHAME, SHAME on YOU Cory Fairbanks MAZDA!!!

Furthermore, INSURANCE COMPANIES, you need to look into these kinds of practices. I'm no attorney, but think about it. Since it is the dealers intention to ask for the vehicle back, it is off the lot for days, even weeks. These vehicles may be involved in accidents or some other mishaps; costing you guys money for repairs. Because technically, the vehicle still belong to the dealership. How are the dealers explaining such mishaps when the vehicle is off the lot for several days and returned damaged in some way? Allstate, State Farm, Nationwide, Geico-you all should have a interest in this too.

I intend to seek the assistance of CONSUMER Advocates, the NAACP, politicians/government officials, and any other person(s) who will listen.

"SPOT DELIVERY SCAMS" ARE HURTFUL, UNFAIR, AND AN INJUSTICE TO CONSUMERS! Judges need to remember, that they sit in that seat, on that bench 'for the people'; the common people.

ALISA (discouraged in the 'justice' system)
