1-US Gold has repeatedly overcharged some client. The billing department does not keep good records. They do not follow up on credits due to client. Even when the client has a credit they send out treatening letters that they will send debt over to collections that will assess an addtional 33%. Then ruin the clients excellent credit over a bill that was supposed to be a credit. Then they slander the clients good name to the whole gym that you did not pay your bill.

2-They treaten a lawsuit if you do not fullfill your contract even when a major injury occured.  They are discriminating when it comes to billing, some pay, some don't. Its all about who Coach Kathy likes or not.

3-This gym teaches revenge. If someone quits then all the team members are not to talk to the child anymore. If you do then you will be asked to leave the gym and not return. The children are not allowed to talk to friend on other teams. They are told to ignore them.

4- Children want to quit because of the verbal abuse from the coaches. They erode the self esteem of children when the reason they are there is to learn not be abused.

5- The reason you sign a contract to pay in full is because once to see the chaos/abuse you want to walk out no matter what the price is. Good gyms do not ask for a contract because the children want to be there and they are treated with respect.
