U. S. Legal Network This is a fraudulent mortgage scam company that refers victim to other fraudulent companies like Data Services Co. They do not deliver what they promise and rip off customers for about $6K. Beverly Hills California

US Legal Network claims to work with lawyers who will get customers reduced payments, interest, reduction in principle and help file a law suit that will force the mortgage companies to restructure your mortgage. They referred me to Data Services, Co, another fraud company who did not deliver as promised.

The document they generated was full of errors, the wrong property, wrong town, wrong everything. It took almost two months to correct. Then when we filed the law suit, it was such a ridiculous document we filed at court (which cost me an additional $330 in court fees) the judge was so angry at this obvious scam he threw the book at me and my husband, ruled in favor of the bank and threatened to give the bank their legal fees if I filed such crap again.  

I called back Paul at U.S. Legal Network and he was very uncooperative.  He is obviously in on this scam.  

The legal network refused to give me documents proving that they researched my property so I could see if the mortgage company had any standing. If you go this route, they need to give you documentation to prove what they are claiming in the complaint and those documents are your exhibits. They refused to give me the search exhibits so I could defend myself. I had 30 days to provide proof to the judge and they refused.

The mortgage company wanted to settle and restructure my mortgage. I called repeatedly all the numbers for both companies, sent numerous emails. The mortgage company rep did the same, sent emails, called over 20 times.

Both US Legal Network and their "sister" company are OBVIOUSLY in CAHOOTS with one another and that makes them look like they're legit, a huge organization. I fell for it.  Don't fall for these companies who prey on the poor, elderly, weak. They will get their karma eventually but in the interim they're after your last dime and apparently they have a lot of suckers, like myself who fall for their scams and are so desparate not to lose their homes, they do everything they can to fall for these fake "saviors".  

Key is these are scammers. They need to be shut down, removed from the internet and locked up in prison for a long, long time. 

They are hurting a lot of people by their actions.  BEWARE OF THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They are smooth talkers, smooth operators.
