On July 29, 2014 I canncelled an order made from my debit card, it was immediately after the transaction of my debit

Card that I sent the company an email cancellation. It came back to me as my order was pending and the cancellation was being

Ignored. I sent three more and they continued to not knowledge my request for cancellation.

I signed up for membership level B for 42.95 (USD) 3 MONTHS - SAVING 50% AND UNLIMITED TALK.No recurring payments

Then on the next page a one-time set up fee was added to the order. Account Activation Options (One time charge)

Check box for $ 19.95 1 -Hour Activation or chec box for" same day"$14.95 I chosed the  second option same day. Which totalled my order 

$79.22 . I was pleased to have calls unlimited for three months but its not unlimited. Therefore when I realized it was a mistake and I cancelled within minutes. I should have no problem getting my money returned to my debit card. 

Instead they rapidly let the order go thru ignoring my cancellation of email and I have all the emails on time this transaction was done. Then I receive an email stating. Thankyou for your order! 

The next day they called me asking why I wanted cancellation. Because they advertise if not happy I can cancel any time and be refunded because I ordered unlimited. They declined my request of cancellation. I never had any verbal conversation with company and if so, I would of cancelled verbally their phone hour are central time and close at 8:00pm  5 oclock my time. And when I tried calling them back they had me on hold never being able to talk to them. I hung up phone after waiting over 45 minutes
