Read an ad on Oodle Marketplace.com for Free Yorkie puppies to Christian home, puppies in Wisconsin, I am in Minnesota so wanted to go see/meet (12 week old) puppies, and  text only communication per ad.

Sent reply e-mail via Oodle and sent text to 316-469-6981, received reply from Jessica Rowe infromed actually in Kansas. Recent widow, yorkies belonged to husband difficult caring for them, willing to give for free, I need only pay transport to me. Didn't want me to come and meet and pick-up puppy. Only wanted one female, felt bad puppy would be alone after being with siblings so agreed to take both females. Transport for one $250.00 two $450.00. 

Should have known... bad english in texts, wanted to send puppies same day I agreed to take both dogs. Entire process less than 48 hours. Kept mentioning an 'agency' never said transport company. Informed via text me she had taken puppies to airport, I got the impression she was waiting for a confirmation that payment was received at headquaters locaion and puppies on the way, transport co responsible until they arrive. 

The 'agency' sent me an e-mail (did not look professional, very basic) listed breakdown of expenses. Stated in business for 16 years. Difficult seeing e-mail addy sent from. Instructed to send money to Edwin Fombason in Delaware U Ship Headquaters location via Moneygram and e-mail receipt info back to U Ship.

First time using Moneygram online took time to register as Jessica and I where texting back and forth.  Felt she was rusing me, couldn't understand why U Ship didn't inform her takes a little time if this is regular process.  Looked up U Ship on Bing found web site addy. Moneygram requested I call them, asked if/how I knew receiver explained was pet transport company puppies being given for free. Moneygram declined sending my $450.00, was informed I could go to a brick and mortar location to send money if I still wanted to send it.

Informed Jessica of 'decline to send the' by Moneygram, Jessica told me to tell Moneygram sending money to 'relative', I informed her I'd told Moneygram the truth and was told by Moneygram probably fraud.  Thank you Moneygram!!

Asked Jessica for phone number to headquaters in Delaware, wanted to hear phone answered with 'U Ship Express' Jessica referred me to the web site the e-mail 'came from' (no phone number listed on that site). I asked Jessica why didn't the Kansas office who was awaiting payment confirmation from headquaters in Delaware didn't have the phone number to 'headquaters'. The entirer time Jessica is asking if I was still on the line texting her, then she begain telling me to just send the money, sounding rather desparte at that point. I knew something was very wrong.

Informed Jessica that it sounds like Moneygram is correct and that she id attempting to defraud me.  Insisted no fraud on her behalf.  Suggested if not fraud she should pay the transport fee and I'd reimburse her when the puppies arrive.  Stated she should be cash heavy from her recently deceased husbands insurance policy as well as her 'good lab job'.  Or she could drive the puppies up to me.  Jessica declined those suggestions.  So no puppy today, I will locate a puppy in my area and meet the puppy and the seller before any money changes hands. 

I will pray for 'Jessicas' damned soul.
