U-Store Home Appliances Major Appliance Ripoff: Buyer Beware!!! DALLAS Texas

Bought a side by side stainless fridge from this joint, and had it delivered to my office.  Less than a year later the cold instantly quit on both sides.  I called them knowing the joke 90 dy warranty was far expired, but was willing to pay them for repairs.  After not being able to get in touch with them easily, I left a msg on their main number which is a cell phone of course.  After not hearing back, I finally got in touch with someone when they accidently answered the phone.  I told them the situation and they said a repair guy would be out the next day.  

Of course I didn't hear from him either, so eventualy had to call again.  They wanted me to leave my address on the repair guys cell, and said he would call me in 5 mins.  Didn't happen, so I called the cell and he answered and said he would come later that day.  He came by and checked it out and said it needs a new "board" and he would have to order the part, and would be by the next day to replace it.  After never hearing from him, I called back a week later, and they start the whole runaround again, acting like they didn't know who came out, etc.

Finally got tired of waiting and called a professional repair company who asked for the serial number so they couls look up the model.  After looking over every square inch of it, we realized it had no serial number, and that all the usual places showed they had been removed.  The professional repair company said that the unit was probably STOLEN, and the problem is without the serial number they cannot order parts because you can't be sure of the model!  

I then called the ripoff company back and told them that I would be reporting them to the authorities, and I'm sure that probably has fallen on deaf ears, as I was just of course lucky enough to get the usual full voicemail to leave that on.  But, this situation has just begun, as I ALWAYS follow through with my promises!
