U STORE IT And Mr Endicott Never called me back and failed to listen to my complaint after 4 months Brick New Jersey

I rented from a company called U Store It, which purchased the company I had originally signed a lease with Space Station. Starting in February of 2006, I began to notice that things around the facility were starting to diminish. Pavement began to crack, door paint began to peel, grass was always long, weeds began to grow in the parking lot, my unit was so hard to open, I needed help from a man that was at the facility. He stated to contact the front office, but I did not want to bother with them because the office was never open.

I contacted the manager at the time and was told that any complaints would need to go through the District person, Mr Endicott. I was told that he does not take phone calls, but the manager would be glad to forward the information to him and he would call me back. After numerous attempts to contact Mr Endicott ( six from February to March), if the man actually exists, I was told that he normally does not contact a customer for complaints until the third or fourth complaint.

The manager stated to call a call center number on a pen the manager handed me and told me that the number would go to Ohio and then an email would get to Mr Endicott. In the process of seeing the site go down hill, I found that my unit leaked. Now I had a real grievence and wanted to speak to Mr Endicott. Again I began in April to contact the site and left messages at the office for Mr Endicott with no luck. Now I was given another name of a Area Boss named Mike also that could help me. I was told that he was under Mr Endicott, but may answer my calls before Mr Endicott would.

Again, a whole month went by and no one answered. I did not feel I needed to contact Ohio to have something done in NJ. I have since moved out of my storage facility, but I would hope that if someone from U-NEVER ANSWER A COMPLAINT- It (u store it) ever sees this message, that they may find it in themselves to find out if a MR ENDICOTT is really an employee of their company or this Mike Area Boss person and make sure they get back to customers. I never wanted to report a person or get anyone in trouble, I just wanted some answers from this Mr Endicott. I have since moved down the Street to another facility that has better customer service. It is customers like me that would rather just leave than make a stink that hurts business like U Store It.
