U Tech Llc Byron Barnet Unpaid wages, Threat of termination Decatur Georgia

I am a subcontractor with this company U Tech which is sub contracted by Mastec, who does installs for DIRECTV, The company is owned by Byron Barnet. my issue and other technicians issues are, we do not get paid on time and when we get paid our checks are always short. We try to dispute it but fail to receive any response in a timely manner to resolve the issue before the next pay cycle. First pay cycle we were suppose to get paid we did not receive a check, we were told wait till Thursday, that's after waiting 2 weeks, we patiently waited till Thursday, we got a check went to the bank to cash the check we were told by the teller that the account is a none check cashing account. Now we are being told to wait till Friday to cash the check by the owner. They have been giving us stories from day one , we had to work four weeks down with no pay then on the fifth week we had to wait till Monday 10: 30 am to receive a cashiers check from the company, my check was short 400 dollars, I am still waiting on that money . Previous pay cycle it was the same issue now worse my check was short by even more, 900 dollars, they finally wrote me a check and got that part settled, and there's no response as to why that is.

I am still waiting for a response from U Tech in regards to the rest of my money,($400) no one has given me a call on this matter. This pay cycle was suppose to be last Friday, Byron asked for us to wait till Wednesday, Wednesday came I got an email saying to wait for Friday May 29th. I waited till 11: 30 to get my check, which is now short $500 I tried calling the manager but no one is picking up the phone. I just called my supervisor and ask what is going on he said there's still nothing from upper management. And I am still not able to cash this check I got from them. The bank said there are no funds available on the account. I am a subcontractor I pay for everything, from gas to small parts to tools cable etc, basically I am 7 weeks back on my pay right now, no money to pay rent, or buy gas or small parts to work. I told my supervisor I can't work today he in turn report to Mastec that I cannot work I am dropping my route, Mastec told my sup if anybody drop their rout they will be fired, and that tech will never be able to work for Mastec again. Mastes is tolerating this type of behavior from Utech and trying to blame the tech we have no money to buy parts and when we do get it it's not right. They have herd our complaints about U Tech, but will not move us over to another sub they are threatening to terminate us. I understand from some other guys the owner of U Tech was running the same business in another state but left that state running the same scam business.
