UAC/Car Hop UAC/Car Hop Horrible Company/Rip Off Seattle Washington

 Car Hop and UAC are horrible companies to use when selecting a car I still a current customer only due to the fact that I dont want my credit to be screwed any more then it already has been. This car has been nothing but problems since I got it. The warrenty offered at the time of purchase only covers engine defects and only for the first year or so afteryou purchase....within the first couple months I had to get a tune up oil change fix an oil leak and get all new breaks pads and calipers all of which I had to pay for out of my own pocket. My transmittion then went out a few months later while I was driving home mind you so not only did I have to pay for a tow truck to get my car to the select shops that are covered through my warrenty I have now been paying for my own transpertation for the last three weeks as my car is still not done. My transmittion is paid for through my warrenty which is the only positive in this situation.

I called to have my payment skipped for this month since I havent had my car for the last three weeks and was told that they arent able to do that and that if the money is not in my account the account will be sent to collections the next day after my payment is due...WTF since when is there no grace period or ability to work with your customers...I have never missed a payment ever and thats the kind of service I get...when I asked to speak with a supervisor of course I was already speaking with the lead assistant. It is crazy to me that when you sign up fpr all of this they make it seem like UAC and Car hOP BUT THE MINUTE i STARTED TO COMPLAIN i WAS TOD WELL WE ARENT CAR HOP ANYWAY SO WE CAN TRY CALLING THEM FOR YOU BUT IF WE DONT RECEIVE OAYMENT YOU WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS!!! i HATE BOTH CAR HOP AND UAC AND WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO EVERY SITE AND PLACE I CAN! if YOU NEED A CAR DONT GO TO CAR HOP OR USE UAC FINANCING THEY BOTH SUCK!!!!!
