UBER EATS/UBER it is very hard to find info on web address and there is NO phone number First, I have never had any contact or use for any UBER service. On 5/28 UBER EATS used my debit card number to remove over 40 dollars from my bank. There 2 more attempts but the funds had been wiped out. I am very careful as to who I use my card with and am wheelchair bound so rarely go out. I do watch my account daily so was able to hit my bank and do the police report first thing. This may mean I won't loose my money--maybe. This seems to be common and they are very careful to not provide any way to contact them, unless you have their app ,fat chance I will get one of those! As Above--transaction details: all were done or attempted 5/28  UBER EATS EEZJL    $29.58 

                                                                                             UBER EATS QCQKU   23.55

                                                                                            UBER EATS  ORHYL   47.94   attemped but declined d/t lack of funds (tried twice)

                                                                                            UBER TECHNOLOGIES 15.00 did not go through but appears on bank report


All fund in my account are SS and small pension so this really hurts.  This needs to be stoped for everyone this is happenin to.

Since you've never used Uber, I think your problem is not really with them, but with someone that has obtained your card information. When you contacted your bank did they stop your card and order a completely new card ( with a new number) not the next card in the series? If not, please protect yourself by doing this immediately.

Additionally make sure the police have the delivery request information as they may be able to get the address the food was delivered to and get a lead on the thief.
