The UBF Manager had been very persistent on making me sign up for personal training at the very first day I inquired about Fitness Connection.  I told him I was not sure because of my work schedules.  He told me it is okay since they will give me a free session. Took my credit card information and made me sign documents assuring me it is okay to cancel if I am not interested.  I told him I am not ready for this so called personal training since immy work schedule is too hectic.  Told me he will cancel it.  Until I recieved letters telling me I owe them big amount of money.  I called customer service and told them they even charged me for some training service I never used, yet the customer service person keep telling me you signed a contract.  Despite the explaination I told the customer service rep they still kept billing me until now.  I thought they were honest people since they are dealing directly with people's health.  They were  just after of money.  They  never cared to listen to customers complain.  Very disappointing.
