I recieved a letter from UBI Payment Services. It was titled Guaranteed Delivery Statement. This letter said that if I returned the release form at the bottom of the page, and fullfill the contest requirements, I was guaranteed to recieve a check for $5,000.00.---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------It says "Joe Ryan, Accounting Dept. Payment Number UBI5. Check #USMEX149 Q531462420

This document is to serve as your official notification that you are a rightful owner of the $5,000.00 payment.-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------This is just the latest in a LONG, LONG listof letters and e-mailsthat I have recieved that have turned out to be over-seas scams. ALL promising large sums of money from a lottery, inheritance,sweepstakesprize, etc. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------I have lost more money than I care to count for supposed port fees, courier fees, document release fees and the like. And more importantly, I've lost huge amounts of my TIME,PATIENCE and SANITY! -------------------------------I have had enough, and I'm not going to take it anymore. Someone has to stand up for the American public and say that it's time to put a STOP to it! So here I am!
