I bought a game on the Xbox 360's dashboard. Ubisoft promoted that if you bought the game, you will get a free add-on content. The game was Scott Pilgrim vs. The World. The free add on content is Knives Chu add-on. The claim was to receive the content in 5 to 8 weeks. I did not receive the content and the time has expire. At first I thought Microsoft was to blame but I called them and they told me it was not their promotion and is a Ubisoft promotion. Since it is a Ubisoft promotion, they are the ones who are supposed to give out the add-on content to me and the people that bought the game. I believe I got ripoff because I bought the game and they did not give me the add-on content.

I know it doesn't help you much, but your not the first person to have this problem with this particular Ubisoft promotion. Their current claim is that it's 5-8 weeks after the promotion ends, not 5-8 weeks after you buy the game.
