UbreakiFix - Alafaya DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE Orlando Florida

Just received the worst service possible from uBreakiFix on Alafaya. My Galaxy S4 was completed broken, the LCD and front display so I took it on Monday and the person up front said no problem, they can fix it. It’ll be $299.99. So I paid and waited for my phone.

An hour goes by and the phone is finished, as soon as I get it back I noticed a pink tint on the bottom screen, I showed this to their technician and got the whole “It might be some settings issue, come back if it continues to happen”. So okay, I take it home and try to change the setting on the phone, hours go by and I still see the pink tint on the bottom screen. I take it in the next day and they say they’ll swap the LCD screen.

Another hour goes by and my phone is “finished”. As soon as I saw the phone I knew they didn’t do anything to it just clean the surface. So I informed the technician AGAIN that I am still seeing the pink tint on the bottom of the screen. I get a “This might be a manufactured problem, call Sprint to see if they can swap the phone out”.

I said this to him, “Sprint wasn’t the one who promised they can fix the phone for $299.99, I paid you guys and you didn’t fix it. It’s simple, no reason to bring another company into this”. I get a whole run around about how they claim to “fix it”. I know they didn’t do anything to my phone because not only am I having the pink tint issue but I still see an issue of something blocking my notification light.

Now I’m out of $319.46 (with tax) and my phone display is not working correctly.
First and last time I’ll take ANYTHING to this place.
