Ubuyrx - Safetrustprocessing - Paytrust Ripoff Totally Uncooperative customer service Fraudulent Business practices deceitful information given on orders, Internet

My order was place on 4/20/06. I was advised I would receive the order in 5-7 days. I then received an email advising 10-15 days. I starting getting suspicious when after 22 days--NO ORDER! I sent numerous emails only to be blocked from their website! and no answer from 800 #. I finally got one reply from the earlier emails I sent saying that I would receive a tracking # soon! Right!!!! I then noticed on website my order was cancelled! I did get another email through and advised I just wanted my order asap and wanted to know why my order was cancelled and was advised due to shortage! Now, my card has been charged and not credited back and still no order, yet this company is advising there is no shortage! All I ever wanted was what was promised by the company my order in a timely manner. I did get an email from Dee Gray supposedly a Customer Service Manager with Ubuyrx however after she responded that they could not credit my card back until the credit card company gave the the card number. I advised her to go ahead and ship order since the card had been debited and since she as the Manager was handling at this point I should have no problems!! Well that was several days ago and as of yet no order have I seen. This has been reported to Federal Internet Fraud Alert for full investigation. However, I would be more than happy to follow up on that report with any follow up from Ubuyrx!
