You may have been affected by this pervasive scam as countless others have...check it out on Google. The program gets installed on your computer in various ways and once there it completely takes it over. Your existing anti-spyware software and, in fact, all your software and programs are rendered useless. No email, no conducting business, just hours of frustration trying to remove the program. All the while getting bogus messages saying your computer is infected with countless trojan and viruses about to send all your banking data to hackers. Ah, but there is a solution...their programmer's...just buy the System Tool program for $79.95 and all will be rosy again. If not, well live with it but that is not possible as a popup appears every ten seconds...continually. This, of course, is downright extortion. My investigation has indicated that the programmer and distributor of System Tool is Alexander Galy of PC Bug-Repair.Com. Galy's email address refn4a4@gmail.com. The phone at his business, UCSS, LLC (Unified Computer Software Solutions) is 800-210-5954. It is located at 112 Clifton Avenue, Unit# 139, in Lakewood, N.J. 08701. The company has another phone, 800-391-7790, which is an outsourced concern in India which handles their complaints. Galy uses a fictitious name, Alan Marks, and the India concern, when prodded, say their employer is a company called Digital Software, another fictitious name. !!!! To remove this program: 1: Start Up Windows while hitting CTRL, ALT and DELl keys to get to the Task Manager. Go to Processes and Stop/Minimize the culprit, usually an .exe program having six numbers. Sometimes the name different...can't help there as no way to predict what it would be. There are a number of other solutions being offered....most do not work. This one does. If you have spent considerable time trying to eradicate this program and could not conduct your business may I suggest you write a complaint to your state's Attorney General as well as the one in New Jersey. Lastly. refunds...if you paid the ransom/extortion money to regain control of your computer...complain about this scam...loudly...you `will' get a refund. Good luck!
