I had paid for my domain(victorakintola.com)renewal as at 12th July 2013 and my account debited for same transaction. A month later, ucvhost.com deactivated my  domain without prior notice.

After this, have been communicating through Chat application to ucvhost.com attendant since then. They have confirmed my Worldpay's id:2671185004 and Order Id:693653 over and over time. They all seems to have one language thereafter "your domain will be restored in 2-3 hours, or will be renewed in 6-10 hoiurs, and/or will be restored in 24 hours". Sometimes, i will submit Ticket to their support@ucvhost.com; and they will never give any reply. It's all to pretend as if they did not see the Ticket or message therein. I even tried to search for the President of the company, i got his  name as Khanna, rajat. I did sent emails on same issue to his email at rajat@ucvhost.com without reply. There is never a day or week whereby ucvhost.com will be communicated to without given feign and fake promises. Now my patience has reached more than 50 days, yet the domain has not been restored.

Please, kindly assist me in this issue. Unfortunately, the domain name belongs to my client. I would be grateful if my case can be pursue to a logical conclusion and the domain restored.
