A young girl in the South Shore mall stopped my 11 year old daughter, and told her she could be in commercials. I let her sign up and told her nothing is promised. They called two days later to set up an appt. Went to the appt. and it was one female in the front and one interviewer. Then a boss game out talking about the juicer and the receptionist offered me some. I don't know you why would I take something you drank from, was my thought.

After the young lady went in the guy Omar came out and the first thing he said to my daughter was hi beautiful and he mumbled his name.  He never addressed my daughter by her name. I gave him about 9 pictures of her acting silly, serious and off guard, and of course he likes the one where she is posing a  little grown.

He took the pictures out the room to show his staff, what staff no one was there. I'm praying he didn't copy them. He gave my daughter a script to read about nail polish, came back into the room and told her her that they could definately work with her and she was guaranteed a job. He then said to us because she is pretty it would surely get her a job that pays at least $500. Then he said the new girl in Lazy Town was from the company, the picture looked photoshopped. Then he said the girl in the pop tart commercials was from the company and she recieved $65000 from the commercial because it was a national commercial. As an agent your not supposed to say what other clients make. and He had the nerve to say he couldnt work with the females before us because they werent pretty.

News flash I talked to them before they went in, only one was looking to work with the company and she was a cute girl. He then showed me phamphlet of facebook. The 35 pages never mentioned UdevelopMe, it looked like he printed out a personal fb account. He wanted me to pay $650 for 6 months online promotion, a photo shot with one outfit and 10 online composite cards.

Here's what got me. He said the longer we work with him the MORE money it will cost me. What? i told him I was moving and I would have to pass, then he said If

I put a deposit now he could take a few hundred off after asking was I a single parent. I said I would pass, mean while my daughter is ready to cry, trying to stay strong, he then says It would be ashamed because she is very pretty and she is guranteed a job. I had to say no thank you and left.

I had to explain to my 11 year old that the guy was unprofessional because he never called her by her name and if he couldn't pronounce it he should have asked her, her name. Her name isn't that hard to say. People usually get it right or they make the I silent.

UdevelopME positive experience

I think your rebuttal is based on opinion and not facts. I can tell you from personal experience that UdevelopME will get your child work if they have the look that companies are asking for.

Since my child has signed on with them he has gotten two paid print jobs and numerous calls. The calls actually get annoying because they are very time consuming and sometimes happen a day before. The two jobs he has done were one for Target and one for Huggies. It was actually cool that he was in the fall clothing collection at every Target store. We had to invest a few hundred dollars into his development and pictures but we have at the very least made our money back and if we choose to continue to accept jobs it will be at our discretion. At this time I believe it is way to time consuming.
