I ordered the minecraft back pack on December 17, 2016 on udslife.com and paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping. It's December 23rd and I never received itmy package and I realize now I never got a confirmation emaill---only an email from paypal confirming that I paid for the item. When I went to contact them I see that their website is conveniently down. I made sure to leave comments on their facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/udslife/) and I notice other customers are asking where their packages are. It is the night before Christmas Eve and our niece will not get her gift. I dipsuted the charge with PayPal and will not hash it out through their processes. This place is a scam and they should be charged with theft.
