UFC GYM Deceptive business practices. Shrewsbury New Jersey

I just found out in June that I have been getting billed since 2013 on a quarterly basis for $73.83. Even though I have documentation showing that the membership was canceled in person by my wife in 2013. This is similar to the already reported scam with a young person's membership with ufc. My son was 17 at the time. When I called to try and straighten this out I was getting the runaround. I have been in touch with the Better Business Bureau to no avail since the establishment is not owning up to the money that is owed me. According to the business I need to produce a copy of an email with the cancellation verification from over 2 years ago for them to try and help me. When I spoke to the manager he explained that it is not Ufc's problem but LA kickboxing since they were the business that we started with. It did not matter that the last 8 payments on a quarterly basis were made out to UFC of Shrewsbury, via CLUB READY billing. The quarterly payment slipped through the cracks on my wifes AMEX card . I am in touch with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs and the Federal Trade Commission, since I am out $665 due to this scam of a contract, which by the way was never even signed or authorized by my wife, because she never agreed to it. It was still submitted. What a rip off!!!  I still have a copy of the unsigned contract. I tried to work it out with the regional manager who copped an attitude after I insisted on being explained the process for which I will get my money back. All call backs have ceased. I guess small claims court is the next step. This is not over!
Unfortunately I have to give it a one star rating just to post it .  If it was possible I wouldn't even give it a one star due to the underhanded methods
