hello this is sue we thought it was two good to be true for a family with four small children and stuggling to make it all work. looking for answers to help our future, grasp a hold to a phone call to turn and see our life un fold as we new it. sitting around at home economy fallling job falling so in need or other income will two samll children at home can not afford to pay daycare and have money left over right so we wait and wait. then the phone rings hi sue ya this is her, we seee that u have been interested in the loan modification stimula bill ya thats us. we desperatly need this. right well as the first p[erson gets on the phone lets us know that we were approved upfront certain % at certain payment and fixed some years. then transfers to his boss he confirms what was said then ill call back in a half hour after talking with our team. cool all our dream can come true right. WRONG!! well the boss confirms the same says the exact same but then also says we need to set up payment first then we can set up the documents and items we will need to talk to ur lender for u oh all right. time went by two weeks later we get a phone call saying this is what we need to further this for u. so we gathered all the neccessary docs and proceeed on. they have been paid already.oh didi i meantion that i had to send my house payment with in this time. as i was going to they said " we dont have our clients send their payment in the loan modification starts as of the minute they recieve the docs so those payments are not needed" so ok well thats fgood on our part then we do not need to pay them and our house payment and get stuck else where. so financially it looked great to us. then two and half months go by and a phone call on a thursday from the law office stating that there is nothing right know they can do to help us unless the want to modify our payments that our late the two months that we thought we did not need to send in u see. that same day get notified that our home is going into foreclosuer oh.....????? so know what do we do we thought we were doing whats best for our family by using the goverments stimulas package to modify our loan to better our selves. so then i refax docs agian because they stated they did not have them right well then i call and i call and i call no answer just voice mail so i wai and i wait to hear back... come monday stil waiting mean while we hear tom martino talking about this on air give him a call do some leagal serahing in my homw town and find out that this is way to good to be true and so know we are suck loosing our house and know where to go with four children and seeking leagal advise else where to only hope that the grass well show green on the other side again not just for us but our children mean while we have to wait not knowing if and when this well be setteled so much uncertainy talk about feeling like a jack... not able to provide shelter. if we only would of not listen to them sent our payments in and waited for our lender to directly approve us we would not be where we are right know so i advise that NO ONE take hold of this offer.. go through ur lender directly or fine get legal help but no one can approve u but your lender so i hope repercustions happen hard and quick so that no one else has to experience this at ALL. MAY GOD BLESS ALL THOSE IN HARDSHIP AND THAT THE SUN MAY SHINE AGAIN!!
