i purchased boots on uggcentre.com.they took the money and did not send my boots.can't get on site anymore.sometimes site comes up and sometimes its in chinese.i have been emailing back and forth but there response makes no sense.i never got a tracking number.i no longer can see on there site what i purchased.i have been trying to get a refund from them but it isnt working.this was during cyber monday so i thought i was getting a deal because when the site first came up it said ugg australia so i thought it was legit. i was wrong

Credit or debit card? File a report with the institution that issued the monies to them. These are fake sites and yours is not the only report here. I saw a Coach Outlet on the internet and the first thing I did was email them and asked where these purses originated from - never heard back.
