I recently purchased (thought I ahd purchased) two pairs of UGGs from uggfootwear direct costing 109 each. They never arrived and whilst trying to contact john1@xrenmail.com I found numerous "ripoff reports" about this company! My emails were never replied too, and the tracking number did not exsist. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Paypal are investigating them at the moment to try and refund the money they took from me.
The website has now gone!
