I purchased 2 pairs of UGG boots on Boxing Day for 198 GBP I received an acknowlegment outlining the sellers name as uggfootweardirect and sellers email john1@xrenmail.com together with tracking information, however when I tried to track my goods there was never any tracking information available.

I have sent 3 emails to john1@xrenmail.com but have never recieved a reply. I went back on the internet today to look at the site and discovered all the other rip-off complaints. I bought the boots online as my daughters wanted them for Christmas but the stores were sold out so I let them choose the ones they wanted and we ordered them thinking they would with us in a couple of weeks.

I never for a second suspected anything as the site looked good and with the added protection of paypal I thought it would be OK - oh how wrong I was. This has really put me off purchasing goods on-line.
