Purchased ugg boots on what I thought was a legitimate website, once money had gone out of my account found out it was a scam, I did not receive a confirmation for my order or a tracking code to my email, which you get with reputable websites, also tried ringing phone number on website & line dead - it also said money would be a little bit more than stated due to exchange rate

Hopefully I can try to get my money back via visa debit chargeback as I did not pay on my credit card. Check out 'visa chargeback on internet for details' as most people not aware they can claim back money if paid with debit card
