uggshoppe.us - BestOfficialBoots.com Took money from my account for a product i would never recieve Internet

I went onto this website to purcase a pair of ugg boots the website looked completly like a official ugg website so i went through my order and was transfered to a payment site called www.visamasterpay.com where my payment was taken,

everything orginaly came up as United Kingdom even when it went to payment it stated 63.77 then after the payment was taken i recieved a email confirming my payment as follows:

i was told the payment would show up on my account as http://www.allgopay.com/

ive never recieved a email confirming my order with actual website and when i went on there and check the Customer Services their phone number is a dead line, they havent replied to my email and their live chat doesnt work.
