Hello, i ordered a pair of ugg boots for my girlfriend for christmasfrom uggstore in Australia, i really wish i didnt now!.

When they FINALLY arrived first they were the wrong colour and secondly they didnt look like real ugg boots and they didnt even come in a box just a bag so rather than wasting my money on this crappy merchandise i decided to send them back.

I followed the instructions on what to do, e mailed them to let then know and sent them off. After 10 days i emailed them to find out what was going on with my refund, no reply! It has now been nearly 1 month and i have probably sent about 8-10 emails asking for my refund and still no reply, i dont know what to do, all i want is my money back!
